1. Does the cost of the card include the card delivery?
The cost of the card depends on the current tariffs and includes only the cost of the card and envelope containing a PIN-code, and a one-year card maintenance fee. You will have to pay the delivery costs depending on the delivery method that you choose.
2. How much time does it take to have the card issued and delivered?
The time will directly depend on your tariff plan. If you choose Standart, your card will be issued the next day after you apply and pay. The delivery time will depend on where you live, but normally it is not longer than 3 or 4 days.
3. Are there any limitations to the amounts that can be deposited to the card account and drawn from the ATM?
The limitations will be put in accordance with the tariff plans. You may compare the tariffs in the table provided in the Rates section. You also need to remember that ATMs may have their own cash withdrawal limitations.
4.I have a debit/credit card. Can you assign it to my account in ModdusCard.com?
No, we replenish and assign only the cards that we offer to our clients.
5. How much time does it take to reload the card account?
It will take no more than 24 hours from the time you submit your request and your card will be loaded. Please note that our operators process all requests during business hours (Monday through Friday from 10 to 18 hrs Moscow time, Saturday and Sunday are days-off).

1. How can i order a card?
First you should register an acount in ModdusCard.com service. Then you have to fill up you account for the needed sum, after that you can order a card.
2. Which documents are needed for a card registration?
According to the present agreement of granting services, to verificate your registrating data you need to send by fax or e-mail the scanned copies of printed and signed Agreement, a copy of a document that prove your identity and a copy of document confirming your adress of residing (The account on payment of municipal services)
3. Do you have a partnership program or other tools of cooperation?
Currently we do not offer partnership programs. If you are interested in any form of cooperation and whish to offer a winning partnership arrangement, you are welcome to contact us and we will be glad to discuss it.
4. Did you forget your ModdusCard account password?
We regret that you forgot your password, but don’t worry. Contact our support service by e-mail: support@modduscard.com or an ICQ. Specify your account number. The Administrator will check the data and revert to your e-mail with all necessary information.
5. What bank does issue and support the cards that you offer?
We work with several banks in Europe and USA, and confidentiality clause is one of the important terms this work is based on. No information concerning the bank can be disclosed on any public web-site. We can provide this information to you only when you contact us in person. Please call our support service and they will address your problem.
6. How is the safety of money on my card guaranteed?
We only distribute Maestro/Cirrus Cards, while it’s the bank which has issued your card that maintains it.
7. May I acquire several cards for one account?
Yes, it is quite possible, but only within the limits of one account. Creation of the second account within the limits of service - is forbidden by conditions of the Agreement on granting of services.
